The First Workout

Lisa's heart raced as she stepped into the private gym. At 38, post-divorce glow still fresh, she craved this—reinvention. Lenny had been a limp disappointment, his touches as forgettable as his apologies. Now, Tommy waited by the squat rack, his 26-year-old frame a sculpted masterpiece: broad shoulders straining his black tank, veins snaking down forearms like ropes ready to bind. No smile. "Shoes off. Rack up the bar. 135 to start." His voice was gravel, commanding, no room for debate.

Lisa complied, pulse hammering between her thighs as she positioned herself under the bar. His hands ghosted her shoulders—correcting form, but lingering a beat too long, thumbs pressing into muscle like he owned it. "Arch your back. Chest up. Now squat."

She descended, thighs burning, ass flexing under her tight leggings. His gaze burned into her, unblinking, as if memorizing every quiver. Up. Down. Sweat beaded on her cleavage, trickling into the sports bra that suddenly felt too revealing. "Deeper," he growled, stepping closer, his heat eclipsing hers. One hand clamped her hip—firm, possessive—guiding her lower. "You want to be ready for the market? Earn it."

By rep ten, her legs shook, breaths ragged. He didn't relent. "Weak. Again." No encouragement, just raw demand. When she racked the bar, gasping, he loomed over her, close enough for her to smell his clean musk, feel the ridge of his arousal brushing her belly accidentally—or not.

"Water. Then deadlifts."

Lisa drank, eyes locked on his. This wasn't just training. He didn't know it yet, but she'd already surrendered. And he? He was just getting started, plotting how to make her his perfect, ruined prize.
